- Commercial Equipment Selection
- Based on the owner’s vision, Advanced-Fabrication’s Consultants will work with you to determine the necessary equipment for your café. We will discuss the function, features, and benefits of each piece of equipment.

- Existing Wall Dimension Plan
- Advanced Fabrication’s Project Manager will go through the existing vanilla shell and analyze the dimensions that we will be working with. Using the existing wall plan we will develop the floor plan we intend to build from your vision.

- New Wall Plan
- In your new wall dimension plans, Advanced Fabrication’s Consultants will determine which walls inside the existing location will remain and where the new walls need to be placed. In the wall plan we will also determine the flooring that will be used in all areas of the business.

- Floor Plans
- Advanced-Fabrication will develop multiple floor plans based on your menu, equipment, and budget so that you may choose which best matches your personal needs.

- Floor Plan Revisions
- We will spend a few hours with our clients revising the layout to of the floor plans ensure that it is correct. Our Consultants will take everything such as equipment, menu selection and budget into consideration while finalizing your plans.

- Floor Penetration Plan
- A specific layout of the floor penetrations that will be needed in your set up will be created by knowledgeable Consultants who have experience with correctly determining where floor drains, floor sinks, and fresh water lines should be placed.

- Plumbing and Electrical Requirements
- In congruence with the planning of equipment set up, you must have details of the voltage, amp load and phase requirements of each component that will be used. Our team of experts has the experience to pull this information together for you seamlessly.
- Material Selection
- Advanced-Fabrication’s consulting team has years of experience in selecting materials that are complimentary to your vision. We have a wide selection of materials including granite, Corian, tile, and exotic metal materials. We will work with you to create the best combination.
